You Can Make a Difference!
City of Eugene Diversity & Equity Strategic Plan Web Survey
The City of Eugene needs your ideas to help shape a five-year plan to improve the quality of life for all people in Eugene. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions in this brief survey. Your responses will help the City organization identify actions it can take to make its services, recruiting and hiring practices, marketing, and outreach efforts accessible, inclusive and equitable for all people (of varying race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, faith/religion, and sexual orientation, etc.)
As an added incentive to complete this survey, the City of Eugene will randomly select one participant to be awarded a $25 gift certificate to Market of Choice grocery store. The winner will be randomly chosen on July 1st, 2008 from the pool of participants that submit their e-mail addresses at the end of this survey. E-mail addresses will only be used to contact the drawing winner and not for any other purposes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of survey drawing participants. City of Eugene employees and its agents are not eligible for the drawing.
Your participation is voluntary and your responses will be kept anonymous.

(It is currently being updated and should be available shortly.) The City
of Eugene has partnered with the Community Planning Workshop (CPW) at the University of Oregon to coordinate a culturally competent community outreach component for the DESP. If you have any questions regarding the survey or need it in an alternative format or in Spanish, please contact Bethany Johnson at the University of Oregon (541) 346-3615.
